We are committed to the success of your treatment and care. The following is a statement of our Clinic Policy. The policy applies to all services provided by In The Arena.
You may fill out an initial registration form online, or wait until your first appointment and do them all in the office.
We typically send text message reminders by the evening before your appointment. If you do not wish to receive text reminders, please be sure to let us know.
It is important that we respect each other’s time, and the time of other clients. If you fail to show up for your appointment or fail to call with at least 24 hours notice, it will be considered a missed appointment. Our no-show policy includes a $25 fee for all missed appointments. Please expect this fee to be charged to your card on file if you miss your appointment.
Acceptable Forms Of Payment
You may pay with cash, check or credit card. It is our policy to keep a credit card or debit card on file for you, and most clients prefer this, so that your session fees, copays, or missed appointment fees will automatically be charged after each session.
If we are currently contracting with your insurance company, we will gladly file claims for your therapy services. If you have an unmet deductible, you will be responsible for the full session fee until your deductible has been met. If your plan does not cover behavioral health care, you will be responsible for the full session fee. After we file the claims, we will issue you an invoice (or refund) for any remaining balance. All Copays are due at the time of your therapy session. Your copay will be the same as your regular office visit copay.
